Privacy of your data

Your personal data will receive the treatment that corresponds to them in accordance with the data protection law, and in no case will they be transferred to third parties for any type of commercial or other action.

Booking conditions

Reservations will be made with a minimum of 7 days from Saturday to Saturday during the months of June to September. Outside this period, the minimum will be 4 days with entry and exit from Monday to Saturday.
To confirm you will have to pay 30% to the reservation and the rest of the rental amount on the day of entry. Payment method by transfer or by bank card.
It is included in the rental price, water, gas, electricity and heating.
It is not included, bed linen, towels, tourist tax or cleaning of the accommodation.
Cleaning at the exit of the accommodation will be paid by the customer, paying the corresponding price according to the type of accommodation.


At the entrance of the accommodation the amount of € 200 will be delivered by credit card or in cash, as a deposit that will be returned in full upon departure, unless there has been some kind of damage. In case of departure of the client after office hours, the deposit will be returned after the control of the apartment, by bank transfer.

Check-in / Check-out

The entrance to the apartments will be from 4:00 p.m. and the exit until 11:00 a.m.

Maximum number of occupants

The occupation of the accommodation by a number of people greater than that established in the reservation will cause the immediate expulsion without the right to reimbursement of the amount of the reservation.

Cancelation conditions

At any time you can cancel your reservation by email to: or by phone at 0034.972.25.66.53 with the following conditions:

Cancellation by the customer up to 30 days before the day of arrival: The deposit paid by the customer will be returned with € 50 withholding of management fees.
Cancellation by the client for 29 days until the day of arrival: The deposit paid by the client will be retained.

Contract Modification

In case the accommodation was not habitable during the client’s stay, the agency Blanch Immo undertakes to offer similar or superior quality accommodation at no cost. In case the client does not accept the offer to change accommodation, the agency Blanch Immo will return the total amount paid by the client.
