Applicable regulations

Our Privacy Policy has been established in accordance with European Regulation 2016/679, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of these data, and with the applicable Spanish regulations on the Protection of Personal Data.
By providing us with your information, you declare that you have read and know this Privacy Policy, giving your unequivocal and express consent to the processing of your personal data according to the purposes and terms expressed herein.
The Company may modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative, jurisprudential or interpretive developments of the Spanish Agency for Data Protection. The terms contained in this Privacy Policy document may be complemented by the Legal Notice, the Cookies Policy and the General Conditions of Purchase that, where appropriate, are collected for certain products or services, if such access involves any specialty in matter of protection of personal data.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The treatment we carry out of your personal data responds to the following purposes:
1.-Correctly manage the business relationship that unites us with customers, ensuring proper administrative, commercial, logistics and customer service management, reserving the right to conduct quality surveys that we deem appropriate in order to offer products and services of quality.

Term of Conservation of your data
Your personal data will be kept for the duration of the commercial relationship that binds us, in order to complete the administrative, commercial, logistics, customer service and quality control management. Once this is finished, the personal data will be kept respecting the 6-year terms established by the Commercial Code for commercial purposes, and the 4-year term established by the General Tax Law for tax purposes.
The data may be kept for as long as some type of liability may be required derived from a legal relationship or obligation or from the execution of a contract or from the application of pre-contractual measures requested by the interested party. In that case the data will be blocked, but not deleted.
Automated decisions and profiling.
We inform you that there are no automated decisions including profiling.

LEGITIMATION AND DATA COLLECTED

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the contractual relationship that links us with our clients and for the purpose of performing administrative, commercial, logistics, customer service and quality control management.
The hiring by the client of any product or service offered by those responsible, whether via web page, physical document or telephone implies that the user declares to have read and expressly accepted this privacy policy, and grants his unequivocal and express consent to the treatment of your personal data according to the purposes indicated.

Data categories

The data subject to processing are of the following categories: Personal Identification Data (name, surname, ID, contact information); Personal characteristics data (date of birth, age, nationality) and Economic data (bank). Likewise, the IP address and the time of access to the web form for data collection is processed.

SECURITY MEASURES

Within our commitment to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your personal data, we inform you that the necessary technical and organizational measures have been adopted to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which they are exposed, according to Art. 32 of the European Regulation 2016/679.

DATA TRANSFER

Where appropriate, the data will be transferred to the public administration bodies in accordance with the law; to the courts and courts of justice that require them; to banks, this transfer being always linked to the bank management derived from the sale of products and / or services; and among the societies identified as responsible.

No international transfers of your data are expected.

USER RIGHTS

Any interested party has the right to obtain information on whether we are treating personal data that concerns them, or not. Interested persons have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes that were collected. In certain circumstances, the interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims. For reasons related to their particular situation, interested parties may oppose the processing of their data. The File Manager will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
In accordance with current legislation, you have the following rights: right to request access to your personal data, right to request rectification or deletion, right to request limitation of your treatment, right to object to treatment, right to portability of the data and likewise, to revoke the consent granted.

How to exercise my rights?

To exercise your rights you should contact the person in charge, requesting the corresponding form for the exercise of the chosen right. Optionally, you can go to the competent Control Authority to obtain additional information about your rights.
